Tambo Cabin and Caravan Park – Come stay with us! Cliff and Tanya Reid are the proud owners of this establishment. The park has had a total revamp and is coming together nicely. There’s new camp kitchen, with a wood stove for the winter months, TV and complimentary tea and coffee. We now have a dump point available for your convenience. Tambo is a great place to base yourself for a day trip to visit Wilderness Way and Salvator Rosa National Park. The Visitor information centre and Historic buildings are within walking distance and also have bike tracks near by. Great meals can be had at the Tambo Tavern. In season (April to October) check out the Famous chicken races held daily, at the Royal Carrangarra Hotel.
