The Les Wilson Barramundi Discovery Centre is world class and you can do a self guided walk through up to the organised tours including the hatchery.
Karumba is a great place to relax and escape the day to day and you can join other visitors and locals in the late afternoon to enjoy the “million dollar sunset” across the Gulf waters. Ash’s @ the Point Cafe – right next door to Gee Dee’s – has the best fish n chips (all local wild caught fish and prawn), fresh cooked prawns and an all day menu.
