- Have enough space for a wheelchair to move around three sides of a double king sized bed (A pathway of 1200mm minimum width is required for wheelchair access)
- Have a wheelchair accessible bathroom (Entrance to bathroom must have step free greater than 5mm or a doorway threshold ramp not exceeding 1:8 for 450mm. Bathrooms dimensions must be no less than 2000mm X 2500mm. Have a hobless (step free) shower recess. Shower recess must have at least 1100 x 1100mm clear area for wheelchair access (no door). Have a slip resistant fold down seat or fixed seat in shower .Seat must be at least 900mm long.)

Our 4 star Slab Huts are crafted using traditional outback building techniques to recreate an early settleru2019s home. Youu2019ll love the canopied bed and unique outback touches.nnAll rooms feature ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, fridge, kitchenette, TV, DVD player and a private verandah. Free parking is in a separate park adjoining the Slab Hut complex. This luxurious room recreates the outback stable-boyu2019s accommodation but with deluxe 4.5-star comfort. Inside youu2019ll discover some wonderful outback touches which help tell the outback story from the old gate bedhead to custom-made trough basins.nnThere is a total of 9 rooms (8 + 1 disability room) Homestead Stable rooms including one room with disability access. All rooms have ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, TV/DVD, kitchen facilities including microwave and fridge.nnA highlight of your stay is sure to be an indulgent soak in a traditional claw-foot bath on our exclusive outdoor bath terrace shared with guests staying in the Slab Huts.
