Outback Queensland Destination Management Plan Project

Outback Queensland Tourism Association has engaged visitor economy experts Sparrowly Group to lead the development of a new Destination Management Plan (2025–30). This plan will align with the broader Destination 2045 Plan and, together with existing local, regional and state strategies, will support a thriving and sustainable visitor economy for Outback Queensland.

We invite you to share your ideas and insights as we shape the tourism strategy for the next five years. The Destination Management Plan will set Outback Queensland Tourism Association’s priorities through to 2030 to help drive tourism growth across our region. Your feedback is integral to this process.
